Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major healthcare initiative. This remote contract role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with initial engagement through February 2027 and potential extension.

You will drive large, cross-functional programs, align stakeholders and senior leadership, and maintain clear visibility into delivery, budgets, risks, and program health. Strong healthcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required; Medicaid/member experience is preferred.
• Extensive Senior Program Manager experience leading large, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and tracking.
• Proven ability to plan projects, manage risks, resolve issues, and report to executives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key healthcare client initiative as a Senior Program Manager.
• Drive large, complex cross-functional programs and align stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into delivery, budgets, risks and overall program health.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and tracking for the program.
• Report to executives with clear status and escalation as needed.
