Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager (CM) to support sponsor-dedicated/site start-up in a remote-US role. You will manage CTAs, budgets, and contract negotiations across clinical trials, ensuring timely activation of sites.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in a related field, strong negotiation and project-management skills, and experience with ICH-GCP and STU processes. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Syneos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA Amendments, and site budget negotiations.
• Contract lifecycle management with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, templates, and fallback language.
• Experience with clinical trial start-up processes and documentation in sponsor systems.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal project trackers with timely, transparent information.
• Negotiate site contracts using sponsor-provided fallback language.
• Lead budget negotiations within approved parameters and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and finalize study start-up documents and kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and contract timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions.
