Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies is seeking a highly organized SEWPVI Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day administration, governance, and execution of the NASA SEWPVI contract.

You will manage SEWP workflows, maintain contract documentation, ensure compliance with NASA SEWP policies and FAR, and serve as the main operational interface with Siemens Industry, federal customers, and the NASA SEWP Program Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of federal government contract administration experience, preferably in GWACs or NASA SEWP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SEWPVI contract files, catalogs, pricing tables, product lists, and required documentation.
• Perform SEWP contract administration, including RFQ review, timely deliverables, and task order workflows.
• Monitor SEWP portals for RFQs, catalog updates, and program office announcements.
• Serve as SGT’s internal owner of SEWPVI operational activities.
• Coordinate quote development with product owners, proposal teams, and distributors.
• Validate vendor pricing; maintain audit-ready justification files.
• Verify product availability, lead times, configurations, and CLIN/SKU accuracy.
• Review pricing and margins for governance compliance.
• Assemble and submit complete proposal packages within SEWP timelines.
• Stay current on SEWP policies and procedures.
