Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of Federal Government contract administration experience (preferably GWACs or NASA SEWP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Polished written and oral communication with internal stakeholders and federal customers.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SEWPVI contract files, catalogs, pricing tables, product lists, and required documentation.
• Perform SEWP contract administration, including RFQ reviews, timely deliverables, and task order workflows per SEWP requirements.
• Monitor SEWP portals for RFQs, catalog updates, vehicle changes, and program office announcements.
• Serve as internal owner of SEWPVI operational activities.
• Coordinate quote development with Siemens Industry product owners, proposal teams, and distributors.
• Request and validate vendor pricing; maintain audit-ready justification files.
• Verify product availability, lead times, configurations, CLIN/SKU accuracy, and compliance.
• Review pricing and margins for governance compliance with SGT and Siemens requirements.
• Track and submit complete proposal packages within SEWP timelines.
• Stay current on SEWP policies, ordering procedures, and vehicle changes.
• Support Federal Account Executives and Business Development with SEWP insights and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with federal contracting offices and NASA SEWP Program Office on issues.
• Coordinate technical resources from Siemens for complex configurations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics on order volume, win rates, pricing approvals, turnaround time, and revenue realization.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of SEWPVI processes and catalog accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with program team members and supervisors.
