Job summary

Action Technology Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned NASA SEWP VI Program Manager to lead the SEWP VI contract with Categories A and C. You will be the primary interface to the NASA SEWP PMO, owning contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction while building high-performing teams in a government contracting environment.

The role emphasizes leading the program office, enabling disciplined quote-to-cash processes, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal government contracting experience, preferably with GWACs/IDIQs
• Program Manager or Contract Manager on federal IT/AV contracts
• Strong understanding of FAR, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), and SEWP ordering procedures
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government PMO interfaces
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM/ERP dashboards

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC with the NASA SEWP PMO
• Own overall contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Lead and coach the Deputy Program Manager, Sales Lead, and Fulfillment Representative
• Drive quote-to-order processes protecting margins and SEWP compliance
• Monitor reporting and performance metrics; escalate high-risk issues when needed
