Halvik Corp is seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to support the NASA SEWP PMO, handling pre- and post-award documentation and complex contract modifications. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR, procurement processes, and risk mitigation.

Based in Greenbelt, MD, the position involves coordinating with government staff, drafting subcontracts, and maintaining comprehensive contract files while traveling to federal sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in federal contracting.
• DAWIA certification or similar is a plus.
• Hands-on administrative support across contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Support SEWP leadership and civil servants with day-to-day team activities.
• Lead administration of high-value, high-risk contracts in modification processes.
• Prepare, issue, and manage subcontracts and performance tracking.
• Review complex modifications with legal and finance to resolve issues.
• Draft, review, and file contracting documents in compliance with FAR and NASA rules.
• Travel locally up to 60% and CONUS up to 25% as needed.
