Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies seeks a SEWPVI Administrator to report to SGT Contracts leadership and manage NASA SEWPVI contract administration.

The role governs SEWP workflows, maintains contract documentation, and ensures compliance with NASA SEWP policies and FARs. It interfaces with Siemens Industry, federal customers, and the NASA SEWP Program Office while coordinating across teams in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of experience in Federal Government contract administration (preferably GWACs or NASA SEWP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Polished written and oral communication skills for internal and federal stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SEWPVI contract files, catalogs, pricing tables, product lists, and documentation.
• Review incoming RFQs, submit deliverables on time, and manage SEWP task order workflows.
• Monitor SEWP portals for RFQs, catalog updates, vehicle modifications, and program office announcements.
• Serve as SGT’s internal owner of SEWPVI operational activities.
• Coordinate quote development with product owners, proposal teams, and distributors.
• Request and validate vendor/manufacturer pricing; maintain audit-ready justification files.
• Verify product availability, configurations, CLIN/SKU accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Review pricing and margins for governance compliance.
• Track, assemble, validate, and submit complete proposal packages within SEWP timelines.
• Stay current on SEWP policies, ordering procedures, and vehicle changes.
• Support Federal Account Executives and Business Development with SEWP insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with contracting offices and NASA SEWP Program Office on issues and clarifications.
• Coordinate technical resources from Siemens for complex configurations.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analytics on order volume, win rates, pricing approvals, and revenue.
• Conduct internal audits of SEWPVI processes and catalog accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
