Job summary

Halvik Corp is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the NASA SEWP PMO team in Greenbelt, MD. You will support leadership and civil servants, handling complex contract actions, modifications, and novations, while ensuring compliance with FAR and NASA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Federal contracting certifications (DAWIA) a plus.
• Hands-on administrative support and strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support SEWP leadership and civil servants with daily team activities.
• Lead administration of high-value contracts in modifications process.
• Prepare, draft, review, and file subcontracts and contract actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and NASA contracting regulations.
