Job summary

Halvik Corp supports NASA SEWP PMO with contracting activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance with federal regulations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contract actions, and serving as a liaison for CHs and internal teams.

Travel is required to CONUS sites, with most time at the Greenbelt, MD office. The ideal candidate has a strong background in federal contracting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple portfolios while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Federal contracting knowledge (FAR) a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contract systems.

Responsibilities

• Support SEWP leadership and civil servants in day-to-day contracting activities.
• Draft, review, and file contracting documents per FAR and NASA regulations.
• Monitor deadlines and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate with Cos and leaders to obtain signatures for contract actions.
• Maintain compliant contract files and data storage.
