CTI in Reston, VA seeks a SEWP VI Coordinator to support NASA SEWP VI contracts and federal sales operations. You will manage quotations, orders, and contract administration while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with SEWP requirements.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience supporting federal government contract vehicles, preferably NASA SEWP.
• Experience with GSA Schedule, ITES, CIO-CS, or other federal acquisition vehicles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for CTI's NASA SEWP VI contract.
• Coordinate quotations, order processing, and contract administration activities for federal customers.
• Maintain contract documentation, certifications, reports, and required deliverables.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to obtain pricing, availability, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure products, quotes, and orders comply with SEWP contract requirements.
• Monitor quote deadlines and customer requests to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain contract-related information, catalogs, and updates within SEWP systems.
• Assist with technology refreshes, product additions, catalog updates, and other contract actions.
• Track contract activity and prepare reports for management as required.
• Communicate contract updates to internal stakeholders and help improve processes.
