Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to drive services growth remotely, renew contracts, and convert leads through digital channels. You'll collaborate with the Services SAO team to deliver the full Schneider Electric services portfolio to large, strategic accounts with a white-glove experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a consultative, outcomes-focused selling mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred majors in engineering, business, or communications
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Understanding of services sales and/or execution processes
• Strong communication skills; growth mindset and innovativeness

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms
• Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts within the Fighting Team’s segment
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by pursuing renewal and upsell opportunities
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns with proactive outreach
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting
• Lead back-office processes for accounts including quotations and order entry
• Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams and Schneider Electric business units
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and consistent virtual engagement
