Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a fully remote ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead advisory engagements, define future‑state strategies, and drive platform governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM. You will perform hands‑on configuration, support pre‑sales with proposals, and craft SOWs for complex engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong architecture skills, and a proven track record in client workshops and solution design. Global delivery expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Experience in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess ServiceNow capabilities and define future‑state strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Design governance models, KPIs, and optimization frameworks.
