Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant who combines hands-on configuration across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more with strategic advisory work. You will lead engagements, define roadmaps, and shape governance while supporting pre‑sales through proposals and SOWs.

This remote role offers occasional travel, exposure to top-tier clients, and a chance to drive value from ServiceNow investments, with certifications and strong communication as key assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• 3+ years in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• 5+ years understanding ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• 2+ years experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• 5+ years leading client workshops and translating business processes into technical solutions.
• Senior – ServiceNow certifications CSA, CIS (ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
• Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more.
• Proposal & SOW Development: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
