Job summary

NTT DATA in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive complex implementations. You will lead design, development, and deployment across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, while mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong communication, and a track record of enterprise deployments. Remote/onsite flexibility is available, with a hybrid workflow to meet client needs; competitive compensation and certification support are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Proven track record of enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure security/compliance.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and suggest platform enhancements.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposals.
