Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow-focused Business Analyst to guide client engagements from discovery through delivery. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, map processes, and ensure solutions align with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.

Remote-friendly role based in the United States with occasional travel, offering collaboration with top-tier clients and a fast-paced consulting team to transform business processes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting across multiple modules.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum support.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery sessions and process workshops to define client-specific solutions.
• Capture and document requirements, user stories, and business cases for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Prepare test plans, facilitate UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Train clients and create user-friendly job aids to support adoption.
