Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, focusing on process alignment and requirements gathering to optimize ServiceNow implementations.

The role requires strong business analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting across multiple modules.
5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions (3 years).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and supporting Scrum teams (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

Lead functional discovery sessions and process workshops to define client-specific solutions.
Advise on best practices for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
Capture and document requirements, create end-to-end process flows and gap analyses.
Prepare test plans, facilitate UAT, and support go-live activities.
Lead client training sessions and create user-friendly job aids to support adoption.
