Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Architect for our Plano, Texas team. You will lead engagements, map business needs to platform capabilities, and define future-state roadmaps across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.

You will design governance, drive KPI frameworks, and collaborate with sales to draft SOWs while guiding delivery and pricing strategies. Remote-friendly work options are available as part of a flexible environment.

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
Proven advisory consulting and technical delivery track record.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state roadmaps.
Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and priorities.
Conduct business value assessments and adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
Design governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
Collaborate with sales and delivery to draft proposals and SOWs.
Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with budgets.
