Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM implementations in a remote setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and drive governance and QA throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires 7+ years in project delivery, 3+ years with ServiceNow SPM, and strong communication and leadership in Agile and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery, with a focus on large-scale initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow SPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Investment Planning.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations and enhancements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, functional, and technical resources to facilitate seamless collaboration.
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and executive status meetings to align project goals and progress.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
