Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM specialist to lead analysis and build-out of Strategic Portfolio Management. This remote W2 contract role focuses on shaping how SPM processes are analyzed, documented, and implemented by collaborating with development and configuration teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience including Idea, Demand and Project.
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Analyze and improve project tracking and service workflows on ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote contract role.

Responsibilities

Analyze ServiceNow SPM processes, including project tracking and service workflow improvements.
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Document process flows that guide ServiceNow development and configuration teams.
Support the ongoing build-out of SPM beyond the current Idea, Demand and Project coverage.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm that delivered configuration meets them.
