Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end ServiceNow SPM transformations for enterprise clients. You will own program governance, milestones, budgets, and quality metrics while coordinating with on-site and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate with executives to shape portfolio demand, resource planning, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals, while maintaining platform governance and best practices across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM transformation and implementation programs.
• Own delivery governance including schedules, milestones, budgets and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define portfolio demand and resource management processes.
• Drive planning and execution across ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource) and Agile.
• Provide strategic guidance and roadmap recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Manage onsite/offshore delivery teams and ensure delivery commitments.
• Facilitate executive steering, governance reviews and status reporting.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigations proactively.
• Ensure best practices, development standards and platform governance.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, BAs and testing teams for releases.
• Support presales estimation, solution planning and proposals.
• Establish relationships with client leadership and sponsors.

Job description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define portfolio project demand and resource management processes

Drive solution planning and execution across ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM Demand Management Resource Management and Agile frameworks

Provide strategic guidance and roadmap recommendations aligned with client business objectives

Manage onsiteoffshore delivery teams and ensure adherence to delivery commitments

Facilitate executive steering committee meetings governance reviews and status reporting

Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies proactively

Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices development standards and platform governance

Coordinate with architects developers business analysts and testing teams for successful release execution

Support presales estimation solution planning and proposal activities when required

Establish strong relationships with client leadership and key business sponsors

Qualifications Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline
