Job summary
ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow SPM Functional Designer to partner with business stakeholders and translate portfolio management requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
The role focuses on process design, requirements gathering, and solution definition, with remote work and a preference for West Coast candidates. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, mapping current-state processes to future-state SPM workflows, configuring and supporting ServiceNow SPM
Qualifications
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, Financial and Investment Management concepts.
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state SPM workflows.
- Configure and support ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Create functional design documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with implementation specialists and technical teams.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and platform capabilities.
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate solution demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
