Job summary

Senior Market Sales is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end platform design, drive multi-module implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and more, and oversee platform governance. You will partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable solutions.

You will own the platform roadmap, define secure architectures, and guide delivery teams to achieve strategic outcomes while maintaining platform health and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform expertise, focusing on architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• 8+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM, or equivalent.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Enterprise Architecture Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own platform roadmap from discovery through go-live.
• Direct delivery teams of 5–50 across multi-module implementations; ensure best practices and governance.
• Engage C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and business outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure architecture for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance with client regs and ops needs.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs and detailed user stories.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform best practices.
• Review design documents, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance.
• Lead scope, risk, and escalation management across complex programs.
• Coordinate with partners, developers, and SI teams for alignment and handoffs.
• Assess CMDB/CSDM health, data governance, upgrade readiness; propose remediation and optimization.
