Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect to serve as the technical authority for our ServiceNow environment. You will define platform architecture, enforce engineering standards, and shape the technical direction across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ServiceNow platform experience including architecture/lead roles.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into platform solutions and guide multi-team delivery.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with Now Assist, GenAI, and AI-assisted service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and instance strategy.
• Enforce platform engineering standards, coding guidelines, and governance.
• Review and approve technical designs across workstreams; guide partners.
• Lead cross-functional solution design across ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, and integrations.
