BV Teck is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps. The role blends platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment to keep data, integrations, security, and customization scalable and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or technical leadership.
Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC modules.
Strong knowledge of scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.
