Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; eight+ years in ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
• CTA, CMA, and EA certifications or equivalents preferred.
• Experience with multi-module ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy.
• Direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations; ensure governance.
• Engage executives and cross-functional stakeholders to define platform vision and outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure architecture for modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Collaborate on data models, integration patterns, and data governance.
• Translate business requirements into designs and detailed user stories.
• Lead governance boards and serve as escalation point for technical strategy.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, technical specs, and business cases quantifying value.
