Job summary

Homecare Homebase seeks a ServiceNow Platform Architect to provide technical leadership to the Platform Support Team, ensuring the platform stays aligned with business strategy and governance requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field (equivalent experience considered).
Candidates with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Customer Service Management).
3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect; experience with data modeling and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture.
Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and roadmap.
Leads Platform Support Team in implementing technical good practices and procedures.
Provides architectural controls and analyzes impacts for new requirements.
Identifies opportunities to consolidate similar solution needs.
Leads and participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Contributes to governance processes.
Stays current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies.
