Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks an accomplished ServiceNow Architect to lead platform implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC and more. You will partner with IT leadership, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate strategic imperatives into scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will drive architecture, governance, data models, integrations, and platform health, coordinating with partners and internal teams from discovery through go-live and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent
• 8+ years in ServiceNow platform expertise (CTA/CMA preferred)
• Experience across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM
• Enterprise architecture and governance experience
• Strong communications for executive summaries and board presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and roadmap from discovery to go-live
• Direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations
• Engage C-suite and IT leadership to define platform vision and change management
• Define scalable, secure architecture and data models for ServiceNow
• Design integration patterns and data governance aligned with client requirements
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs and user stories
• Mentor junior architects and delivery teams on best practices
