Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow design, governance, and delivery for critical business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive platform innovations and robust architectures.

In this remote US role, you will oversee demand backlog meetings, design scalable solutions, and guide agile delivery while hands-on developing and configuring ServiceNow components.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or senior technical lead.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Integrations.
• Proven ability to design technical solutions and present to governance boards.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, testing, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Present designs and architectural decisions to governance boards.
• Manage change requests, release planning, and production readiness.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and guide distributed teams.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
