Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for critical business operations and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams, drive agile delivery, and provide technical leadership while hands-on developing and configuring ServiceNow capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on development with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, Notifications, Update Sets, and integrations.
• Proven ability to design technical solutions and present architectures to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery including demand management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, release management, and deployments.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and mentoring ServiceNow developers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Present solution designs and architectural decisions to governance forums.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Lead distributed teams and mentor ServiceNow developers.
