Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a remote, U.S.-based role. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive platform innovations and scalable, secure solutions.

You will guide Agile delivery, have hands-on development, and present architectural decisions to senior leadership while mentoring distributed technical teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Technical Consultant.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, Notifications, Update Sets, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Present solution designs and architecture recommendations to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration while leading the delivery team.
