Zusammenfassung

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive platform innovation, provide technical leadership, and participate in hands-on development and configuration from a remote-US setting.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Technical Consultant.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and related capabilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, Notifications, Update Sets, and integrations.
• Proven experience creating technical solution designs and presenting architecture recommendations to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including demand management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, release management, and deployments.

Aufgaben

• Lead weekly demand backlog meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize new initiatives and enhancement requests.
• Design scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Present solution designs, technical recommendations, and architectural decisions through governance and Architecture Review Board forums.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness activities.
• Perform hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration while providing technical leadership to the delivery team.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
