Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to drive design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to enable digital transformation and platform innovation.

You will lead backlog refinement, design scalable solutions, present architectural recommendations, and guide the delivery team through agile delivery, change management, and production readiness.

Competenze

• Extensive experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Lead.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
• Hands-on with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and integrations.
• Proven ability to present designs to governance boards and senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead backlog meetings and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Present architectural decisions to governance forums and coordinate RB approvals.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, and release readiness activities.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow development while guiding the delivery team.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and testing.
