Job summary

BCS365 is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to lead the ServiceNow practice, overseeing design, development and integration efforts for internal and external projects. This remote role reports to the ServiceNow department and follows EST hours, M-F, 8-5.

You will guide a team of developers, collaborate with leaders, and drive platform improvements. The candidate should bring 7+ years in ServiceNow with ITIL, API integrations, and Agile experience, ensuring compliance and scalable solutions for the

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development, implementation, configuration, and customization in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with integrations from ServiceNow to other applications via API connections.
• Experience as a product owner with a technical development background.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices and automation testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication with business leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers, vendors and administrators supporting ServiceNow.
• Lead design, development and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with executives and IT to design requirements for development projects.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Oversee ServiceNow administration, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Develop system integrations and process automation to meet goals.
• Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow apps.
• Load and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Contribute as a ServiceNow technical expert, applying industry standards and best practices.
