Job summary

Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of our ServiceNow environment. This role oversees the platform’s development lifecycle from design to maintenance, translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with strategic platform ownership, driving roadmap alignment with IT and business goals while mentoring admins and developers for ongoing

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules.
• Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including TPSM, SPM, and SOM.
• Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
• Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
• Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
• Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform.
• Operationalize business requirements within the platform with along with strategic roadmap planning
