Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator for a 100% remote role in the United States.

You will lead configuration, development, support, and maintenance of a large, custom ServiceNow suite, working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise business solutions and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong debugging and integration skills (REST APIs), and ServiceNow security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting custom ServiceNow applications in production.
• Experience with business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows and workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, scheduled jobs, and data issues.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security including roles, ACLs, and user access.
• Update sets, release deployments, testing, and post-deployment validation.
• Ability to manage incidents and requests per SLAs; provide monthly operational reports.
• Strong communication; able to work with customers to investigate issues and communicate resolutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; SAFe certification (or within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide user support
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow, implement bug fixes and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with project team to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Ensure ongoing operations function as expected
• Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow including workflows and integrations
• Create and maintain API and data integration between ServiceNow and other systems
• Investigate application behavior
• Generate operational reports and KPI analysis
• Prepare client-facing and internal technology deliverables
• Maintain production system reliability via change management
• Monitor health, usage and compliance of the application
• Assist with upgrades and patches
