Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture/leadership.
• Deep expertise across ServiceNow modules and data model.
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, complex integrations.
• Experience with CMDB, discovery, and service mapping.
• Security, ACLs, and scalable role design.
• Upgrades, release planning, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for changes across ServiceNow modules.
• Establish data model standards and CMDB design.
• Drive CMDB discovery, service mapping, and data quality.
• Architect integrations via IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Oversee platform security, ACLs, and role design at scale.
• Lead major upgrades, release planning, and health initiatives.
• Mentor developers and admins on best practices.
• Coordinate with security and compliance teams.
