The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript expertise, and CSA certification, with solid experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations.
• Develop UI customizations and platform extensions.
• Ensure upgrade-safe, maintainable and performant code.
