Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD initiatives. You’ll drive workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across onshore and offshore resources, with regular travel to meet client needs.

You’ll shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases, advise on governance and data readiness, and contribute to strategic roadmaps while working in EY’s hybrid, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
