Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, manage complex HRSD initiatives, and grow client relationships globally. You will drive planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across HRSD platforms while guiding a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.

Role emphasizes leadership, AI-enabled HRSD knowledge, and pre-sales support. Travel to meet client needs is expected in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• Minimum of one HR Service Delivery Certification
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent executive communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure
