Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and client delivery. The role requires travel to meet client needs and strong leadership across planning, execution, and closure of workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; at least one of HR Service Delivery related certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex initiatives.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
