Job summary

DMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. You will work with IT teams to automate and optimize ITSM processes and build scalable, maintainable applications.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, familiarity with ITIL, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Remote US-based position with opportunity for growth and ongoing platform optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Ensure quality through unit and system testing and support UAT.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure SDLC compliance.
• Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for production environments.
