Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that integrate with client systems and business processes.

The role supports ITSM, ITAM, and other modules, works with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and Service Portal, and participates in the full implementation lifecycle.

This position is 100% remote within Wisconsin, with quarterly onsite meetings; contract term at 1+ year, candidate must be a WI resident.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in ITSM/ITAM or similar modules.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting, and integration skills (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal; understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that integrate with client systems and business processes.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Configure ITSM, ITAM, and other modules; build integrations via REST/SOAP.
