Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives and daily development needs for a remote/Portland-based client. The role emphasizes ITSM configurations, catalog items, and ESC portal enhancements, with a focus on best practices and rapid stakeholder collaboration.
You will configure, customize, and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including reporting, CMDB cleansing, and integration work.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Deep ITSM module knowledge and best practices.
- Experience building REST API integrations within ServiceNow.
- Excellent collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM.
- Create and enhance Service Catalog items.
- Support ESC portal enhancements.
- Implement global platform configuration changes.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvements.
- Advise on ServiceNow best practices and optimization.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing platform improvements and support.
