DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on secure integrations, custom development, intuitive user experiences, and AI-enabled enhancements across ITOM/ITSM domains.

Hybrid work in VA with potential for collaboration with product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• 3+ years of JavaScript in ServiceNow client/server contexts.
• 2+ years designing and troubleshooting API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• 2+ years working with ITSM modules (Incident/Problem/Change/Service Catalog/CMDB).
• 2+ years using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, and automated testing.
• 2+ years data models, CMDB, and reference relationships in ServiceNow.
• 2+ years user-centered design, accessibility, security, and maintainability considerations.
• 2+ years testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices.
• 3+ years analytical troubleshooting and documentation; strong communication.
• 3+ years collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 2+ years working with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder.
• 2+ years ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent).
• 2+ years Enterprise integrations; CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and enhancements.
• Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
• Configure ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, and workspaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Apply standards, security controls, automated testing, code reviews, release-management.
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and AI/automation opportunities.
