Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or computer science required with relevant IT background.
• DoD 8570.01 IAT/IAM Level II certification preferred or required.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and admin experience.
• Strong grasp of web services (SOAP) and OOP concepts; ITIL v3 experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules.
• Develop automation and integration across the ServiceNow platform.
• Support system improvements aligned with mission and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a secure, mission-driven environment.
