TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives and day-to-day development needs. The role is based remote with a Portland, OR anchor, focusing on ITSM, catalog items, ESC, and API integrations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on ServiceNow configuration, ITSM mastery, and the ability to engage stakeholders. This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong ITSM module expertise and best practices.
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily ITSM.
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items.
• Support Employee Service Center (ESC) portal enhancements.
• Execute global platform configuration changes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts.
• Advise on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support.
