Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, ACLs, and user/group administration.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows and business rules.
• Implement and manage modules like ITSM, CSM, CMDB.
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and custom scripts.
