Job summary

New River Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, and to administer ServiceNow instances across the development lifecycle in support of Defense and Intelligence Community customers.

At Level 2, the Developer independently delivers end-to-end work products, develops new concepts and processes, analyzes root causes, and may lead a task, project, or team.

Qualifications

• AngularJS and Service Portal experience required.
• Experience administering ServiceNow instances with performance optimization and governance.
• Implemented at least two ServiceNow modules and 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and SMEs in an Agile delivery environment.
• Develop ATF tests and contribute to team standards and documentation.
• Provide ongoing configuration management and support across the ServiceNow lifecycle.
