Job summary

New River Systems Corporation is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations for Defense and Intelligence Community customers. You’ll work in Agile teams with BAs, test engineers, and SMEs, focusing on upgrade-safe, configuration-first development.

At Level 3, you’ll lead multiple tasks, define standards, mentor staff, and serve as technical authority.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Ability to analyze requirements and implement upgrade-safe practices.
• Experience with large-scale relational databases and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, and maintains ServiceNow suites and modules.
• Integrates ServiceNow with other applications and data sources.
• Mentors junior staff and leads technical reviews.
• Ensures code reviews and governance are followed across projects.
