Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum three years of ServiceNow experience with at least three modules.
Experience using and integrating with large-scale relational databases.
Ability to lead cross-functional platform issues and design integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support ServiceNow configuration and development, and integration with other apps.
Interact with customers and development team to gather requirements.
Design, create, test, and maintain ServiceNow modules.
Mentor junior staff and participate in code reviews.
Lead day-to-day management of the technical team.
